We have a house! We went back an revisited one of the houses in my earlier post after a couple months of nothing new coming for sale in Springfield. We revisited the house seen below and after careful consideration decided to put an offer on it. After countering the seller's counter offer, they accepted our offer! We have had the home inspection and have a signed contract. We are now waiting to lock in our mortgage rate and move through the next steps to closing. We are very excited, as are the kids to moving into a new home. Below are pictures of the new house, enjoy! I know we will!
